Phone, Zoom or Face-face-face Sessions for Anger Change

Anger can be a destructive force that damages relationships and lives.

Getting professional help is the key to making effective changes.

How can Anger Management help?

Anger Management can help you to understand why your anger happens and what you can do to prevent destructive angry outbursts from occuring. It is about learning about your anger triggers and the signs that you are in danger of behaving in ways that you will later regret.

Anger Managerment will teach you the techniques to calm down, gain self-control, manage and resolve conflict and improve communication.

An Anger Management Workbook is included with our programme. You will be given useful worksheets each week to guide you through a process of change. This enables you to be able to go back over the material and refresh yourself whenever you need to.

Clients are also given a free copy of Men Making Changes: Breaking the Cycle of Anger and Abuse in Family Relationships, wrtten by our therapist, Kay Douglas.
